Dave Kelly is the owner of Kelly’s Automotive. He is an A.S.E Certified Master Technician with a L1 Certification and over 30 years of experience.  Lisa McClease-Kelly is co-owner and helps direct our Community giving, and oversees our Culture and communications.

Jared, our shop manager since 2020, boasts over 20 years of expertise in customer service and leadership. His ability to connect with customers and lead our team is unparalleled. In his downtime, Jared loves spending time with family, swinging clubs on the golf course (despite his self-proclaimed lack of skill), and delivering cringe-worthy dad jokes.

CRYSTAL RUIZ

OFFICE MANAGER

Crystal, our office manager since 2014, is the glue that holds our operations together, seamlessly managing every detail behind the scenes. With a nurturing spirit, she cares for our customers and staff like family, ensuring everyone feels valued. In her off time, Crystal finds joy in tending to her garden and creating lasting memories with her three daughters and four grandchildren.

SERVICE ADVISOR

Justin has been a valued Service Advisor since 2022. When he’s not working, he loves spending quality time with his family, taking leisurely walks with his dog, and strumming his guitar.

Scott, a master technician with over 20 years of experience, has been with us since 2017, specializing in electrical systems and complex diagnostics that demand patience and precision. Passionate about the automotive industry, he continually seeks to deepen his expertise and stay ahead in the field. In his off time, Scott enjoys quality moments with his family and the thrill of hunting.

PAUL KOSKELA

ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN

Paul is a master technician with specialized expertise in diagnostics, drivability, and efficiency, bringing unparalleled skill to every vehicle he works on. His passion for automotive repair sparked at 15 when he rebuilt his truck from the ground up, a project that ignited a lifelong dedication to the craft. Since joining the team in 2017, Paul has been a cornerstone of excellence, tackling complex challenges with precision and care. Off the clock, he cherishes time with his family, casting lines while fishing, and sharpening his skills at the pool table.

JEFF GRZYBOWSKI

ASE CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIAN

Jeff, a master technician with over 30 years of experience specializing in electrical wiring and drivability, has been an essential part of our team since 2020. His expertise ensures top-notch vehicle performance. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, tending to his property, and hunting.

MASTER SUBARU TECHNICIAN

Arthur, a master Subaru technician with over 10 years of experience, joined our team in 2024. Known for his expertise and dedication, he ensures every vehicle runs at its best. Outside of work, Arthur cherishes spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.

HEATH ERICKSON

CHASSIS SPECIALIST

Heath, a chassis specialist with over 20 years of experience, has been a vital part of our team since 2021. Renowned for his precision and skill, he keeps vehicles performing at their peak. In his free time, Heath loves spending time with his family and cheering on his son with his competitive traveling hockey team.

PORTER/LUBE TECH

John, affectionately known as “John of All Trades,” is the ultimate team player, stepping in wherever needed since joining in 2017. Whether assisting customers, lending technicians a hand, or tackling building maintenance, John’s versatility keeps everything running smoothly. Off the clock, he treasures quality time with his wife and five daughters, creating cherished family memories.

NELSON CURTICE

LUBE TECH/APPRENTICE

Nelson, a lube tech and apprentice, joined our team in 2024 fresh out of technical college. Eager to gain hands-on experience, he’s already demonstrated a strong willingness to learn, problem-solve, and adapt. Versatile and sharp, Nelson is a promising talent. In his free time, he loves hitting the trails with his dad and friends in their 4x4s.

Native Oregonian, passionate about our community. Announcer for the Medford Dragstrip, Rotarian and past Chamber Member of the Year and Greeters co-host.

TAMMY

OFFICE MANAGER

Tammy is technically our Office Manager in Medford, but really is our glue. She holds that shop together by making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Tammy came to us from a vacuum shop in the Bay Area, but learned to Service Write in a matter of weeks. She is one of the best examples of a staff member with a Servants Heart. She has been with us since May of 2014.

JAY WOLFMAN

SERVICE ADVISOR

Jay is a Service Writer in our Medford shop. He has been with Kelly’s for many years and in the automotive industry for over 30 years and has Master Mechanic Certification. Jay is also a Pastor and has officiated weddings for staff and even married a couple of clients at the shop.

EMMA ANDERSON

SERVICE ADVISOR

Emma is a service advisor in Medford; she has been with us since 2020. She loves food and animals. She enjoys spending time with her Husband, family. You can always catch her and Shelby laughing at each other and together.

SHELBY COLVIN

SERVICE ADVISOR

Shelby has only been working with us since 2024 but she blended right into the fold. In her free time she enjoys reading and drifting at the local track with her friends and husband. She’s been in the automotive business for 6 years now and has plenty of experience with subaru’s and all kinds of other vehicles. When you come into the office you can always catch Emma and her laughing together or at each other.

BRAD LETCHER

Brad Letcher is a Master Certified Mechanic who gets a lot of the really hard jobs no one else has the patience for! He is also certified as a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler tech. He has been with Kelly’s since March of 2007.

JACOB GREENWOOD

ASE MASTERTECH
2024 ASE/PRONTO MASTERTECH OF THE YEAR

Jacob is an ASE certified technician that came to Kelly’s from Subaru in 2024. He is extremely knowledgeable in almost every American built vehicle with at least 13 years of experience working on cars. When he’s not here working on cars, he’s probably at home working on his drift car getting it ready for the next event.

DONOVAN DOTSON

ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN

Donovan is an ASE certified technician for approx. 10 years but he’s been working on car’s since 2004. It started in high school as a hobby but quickly became a career for him after he graduated. In his off time at home he helps his wife run a farm that includes chickens, ducks, fruits and veggies.

TECHNICIAN

Jeff came to Kelly’s in 2024 from Bend, OR with tons of experience. He previously worked on ambulances but decided working on smaller vehicles was more up his alley. Jeff is the guy around the shop with random knowledge; so if you have a random question he’s your guy!
